The Steady State Network will host a virtual summit Saturday, October 3 to help those involved in the rowing world expand inclusion throughout programs and boathouse culture.
The event features four 45-minute sessions with moderators and panelists representing a wide swath of the rowing community – including adaptive athletes and coaches, physical therapists, diversity, equity and inclusion professionals, club founders and executive directors, and other thought leaders. Events covered will range from creating a more welcoming boathouse environment to learning and understanding inclusive language.
The cost for the event ranges from $5-$75 on a sliding scale. Tickets and more information can be found here.
