The Dreher Slim Ellipse sets itself apart with a tool-free adjustable collar that can be used to adjust inboard and outboard. Anyone who has ever frantically tried to re-adjust an eight’s worth of oars for a waiting crew will understand the motivation behind this innovation.
         “We’re looking to make discoveries,” said Durham Sales and Marketing Director Henry Palmer. “There is a culture of innovation and there is always a project to work on.”
